Spin & Spill: Party Game ("Spin & Spill", "the app", "we", "us", or "our") is a pass-the-phone bottle spinner party game developed by FloreMystique Studios Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app stores locally, what information may be processed by third-party services, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.

Privacy summary: Spin & Spill does not require an account and does not upload your player names, selfies, gender selections, kiss preferences, private questions, drink counts, game actions, or party history to a server operated by FloreMystique Studios Ltd. Gameplay information and selfies are stored locally on your device. The app may display a Google AdMob banner on the Home screen, and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process device and usage information for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.

1. Information stored locally on your device

Spin & Spill may save the following information in private app storage so that your players, settings, and game experience remain available:

  • Player names or nicknames and locally generated player identifiers
  • Selected built-in avatars
  • Optional selfie images and the local file path used to display each selfie
  • Gender selections and kiss-pairing preferences used for Truth or Kiss and Wild Mix matching
  • Private questions and prompts entered by each player during pass-the-phone setup
  • Player activity totals such as sessions played and completed cards
  • Game settings such as selected mode, round count, spice level, sound, vibration, alcohol prompts, couple-safe mode, consent reminders, and repeat-player preferences
  • Recent card identifiers used to reduce repetition
  • Party history summaries, which may include the date, selected mode, number of turns, and number of players
  • Temporary in-session information such as selected players, challenge outcomes, action logs, and manually entered drink counts
Player names, questions, and preferences are entered by players. Do not enter passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, medical records, precise addresses, or private information about another person without their permission.

2. No account and no developer-operated gameplay server

Spin & Spill does not require registration, an email address, a profile, or a login. FloreMystique Studios Ltd does not operate a server that receives your local player profiles, selfies, private questions, kiss preferences, drink counts, or game history. We therefore cannot remotely view, recover, edit, or delete information that exists only on your device.

3. Pass-the-phone questions and visibility to other players

The private question-entry flow is designed so that players can enter questions without the next player seeing the previous player's entries during setup. However, submitted questions are intentionally used during the party and may later appear on the game screen for other participants to read. The app may identify who must answer or perform an action, but it is designed not to reveal who originally wrote a question.

Anyone physically present may still see, remember, photograph, or record content displayed on the device. Only enter questions that are appropriate for the group and respect everyone’s privacy and consent.

4. Optional selfies and camera use

When a player actively selects Take a Selfie, the app opens the device's camera experience and requests access only as needed to capture that image. Camera access is optional; players can always use a built-in avatar instead.

  • The app prefers the front-facing camera for selfies.
  • The captured image is resized or compressed and copied to private app storage.
  • FloreMystique Studios Ltd does not upload or remotely access the selfie.
  • Replacing a selfie, switching back to a built-in avatar, or removing the player is intended to delete the old selfie from the app's private storage.
  • The device's camera app or operating system may temporarily process or cache the image as part of the capture process.

Depending on your device backup settings, locally stored information may be included in a device backup or restored after reinstallation. You can deny camera access and continue using built-in avatars.

5. Advertising and information processed by Google

Spin & Spill may display a banner advertisement on the Home screen using Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google may automatically collect or share information such as:

  • Your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
  • App and advertisement interactions, such as app launches, taps, impressions, or video views
  • Diagnostic and performance information, such as app launch time, crashes, hangs, or energy usage
  • Device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID, app set ID, or related identifiers where available

Google may use this information for advertising, ad measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. Information handled by Google is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policies. Google states that information collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

  • Google Privacy Policy
  • How Google uses information for advertising
  • Google My Ad Center

Ad personalisation and available consent choices may depend on your country or region, device settings, Google account settings, and the app's advertising configuration. You may be able to reset or delete your advertising ID through Android settings.

6. Device permissions and capabilities

The app may use the following device capabilities:

  • Internet and network status: used to request and display Google AdMob advertisements. Core party gameplay and saved content remain local.
  • Front camera: used only after a player chooses to take a selfie.
  • Local app storage: used to save player information, selfies, questions, settings, recent cards, and party history.
  • Vibration: used for optional haptic feedback, bottle spins, timers, and game effects.
  • Audio playback: used for built-in game sounds and effects.

The current app does not require access to your microphone, contacts, precise location, call history, SMS messages, calendar, or external photo library for normal gameplay.

7. How information is used

Locally stored information is used to:

  • Create and display players around the bottle spinner
  • Show built-in avatars or optional selfies
  • Choose eligible and mutually compatible kiss pairings
  • Prevent a player from receiving their own submitted question where the game rules require it
  • Run private question-entry, bottle spins, challenges, timers, action effects, and game logs
  • Track manual drink counts and display in-game risk warnings
  • Remember settings, reduce repeated cards, and display local session history
The Drink Meter is a manual game counter, not a blood-alcohol, health, or medical assessment. It does not determine whether anyone is safe to continue drinking, drive, or perform an activity. Stop drinking when there is any concern and seek appropriate help when someone is unwell.

8. How information is shared

We do not sell your player names, selfies, questions, kiss preferences, gameplay history, or drink counts. Information may be visible to or processed by others only in the following circumstances:

  • Other players present: questions, player names, avatars or selfies, selected pairings, challenges, drink counts, and action logs may be shown on the shared game screen.
  • Google AdMob: device and usage information may be collected or shared for advertising, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.
  • Your device or camera provider: the operating system and camera application may process a selfie when you choose to take one.
  • Legal requirements: we may respond to valid legal requests concerning information actually available to us, although we do not possess gameplay data stored only on your device.

9. Data retention and deletion

Local information remains on your device until it is removed through available in-app controls, the related player is deleted, app storage is cleared in Android settings, or the app is uninstalled. Recent-card history and party summaries may be cleared from the app's settings or history controls where available.

Removing a player or replacing their selfie is intended to remove the associated selfie file from private app storage. Uninstalling the app normally removes local app data, although your operating system's backup and restore features may affect what is restored later.

Because local gameplay data is not stored on our server, a request sent to FloreMystique Studios Ltd cannot erase information that exists only on your device. Information processed by Google must be managed through Google's privacy and advertising controls.

10. Consent, preferences, and party safety

Gender and kiss-pairing preferences are optional gameplay settings used locally to find mutually compatible pairings. They are not intended to define or infer a player's identity, sexual orientation, or relationship status. Players can choose not to participate in kiss pairings and should use a built-in avatar or nickname when they prefer not to share a selfie or real name.

Every player should be free to skip a question, kiss, slap, drink, challenge, or other action. The presence of a game prompt or compatible pairing does not replace active consent. Use alcohol-free and no-contact alternatives whenever appropriate.

11. Security

Core gameplay information and selfies are designed to remain in private app storage rather than being uploaded to a developer-operated server. Data sent by Google Mobile Ads is transmitted using security measures provided by Google, including encryption in transit. However, no device, storage system, advertisement service, or transmission method is completely secure.

Protect your device with a passcode, keep your operating system updated, supervise access to the shared phone, and avoid entering highly sensitive information into questions or player profiles.

12. Children's privacy and age restrictions

Spin & Spill is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. The app includes party themes involving kissing, playful slaps, embarrassing questions, and optional alcohol-related prompts. Drinking modes must only be used by people who are of legal drinking age in their location.

We do not ask users to create an account or provide a date of birth. Parents or guardians should prevent minors from using the app. If you believe a child has used the app or entered personal information, remove the relevant local player data, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. You may also contact us using the details below.

13. International processing

Google and other operating-system service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and applicable legal safeguards.

14. Your choices

  • Use nicknames and built-in avatars instead of real names and selfies.
  • Deny or revoke camera access and continue using built-in avatars.
  • Choose “Skip kiss pairings” where available.
  • Remove players and replace or delete local selfies.
  • Clear party history and recent-card information through available app controls.
  • Clear all app data or permissions through Android settings.
  • Uninstall the app to remove normal local app storage.
  • Manage advertising preferences and identifiers through Google and Android settings.
  • Use alcohol-free and no-contact game alternatives.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its third-party services, legal requirements, or Google Play policies change. The latest version will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means the updated policy applies to future use of the app.
