Delete your PeerTry account
Account and associated data removal · Available even if you can no longer open the Android app.
Delete your account inside PeerTry
Open the Android app, sign in, go to Me → Settings → Delete my PeerTry account, read the confirmation and choose Delete permanently. The app submits an authenticated deletion request to its server. If the process fails, please email support using the contact method below.
Request deletion when you cannot sign in
Email floremystique@gmail.com with subject PeerTry account deletion request. Tell us the Google email address used with PeerTry and that you wish to delete your PeerTry account and associated data. Do not include passwords, verification codes, bank details or any ID document in your first message. We may reply to verify account ownership before fulfilling the request.
What is removed
Once verified and processed, deletion is intended to permanently remove your PeerTry sign-in account and associated profile, your project requests and uploads, user-submitted feedback and evidence, participation records, points, preferences, notification tokens and related account data. Removal may also eliminate related exchanges that include other members, where necessary for consistency.
What may remain and when
Non-identifying aggregate service totals and limited records required for legitimate legal, security or fraud-prevention obligations may be retained where necessary; any such exceptions will be explained on request. We aim to process verified manual deletion requests without undue delay, generally within 30 days. You can ask for status by replying to our support email.
Alternative: ask us to correct data
If you need access or correction rather than full deletion, contact the same support address. Uninstalling PeerTry alone does not delete your cloud account.
