Imposter Party is an offline pass-the-phone party game developed by FloreMystique Studios Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app stores, what information may be processed by third-party services, and the choices available to you.
1. Information stored locally on your device
The app may create and save the following information locally so that your game settings, players, and progress remain available:
- Player names and selected character icons
- Locally generated identifiers used to distinguish players, rounds, and custom word packs
- Player statistics, including games played, wins, imposter appearances, correct votes, wrong votes, and leaderboard points
- Custom words, custom hints, and custom word-pack names
- Game options such as imposter count, hint mode, timer, voting style, sound, vibration, and accessibility preferences
- Round history, which may include player names, imposter names, the secret word, votes, winner, and round duration
- A list of previously used words to reduce repetition
- Your local Pro or remove-ads status
Player names and custom words are entered by you. Avoid entering sensitive personal information, private secrets, passwords, financial details, or another person's full legal information into player names or custom word packs.
2. No account and no developer-operated gameplay server
Imposter Party does not require registration, a profile, an email address, or a login. FloreMystique Studios Ltd does not operate a server that receives your local gameplay data. We therefore cannot remotely view, recover, edit, or delete player lists, custom words, votes, statistics, or game history stored only on your device.
3. Device permissions and features
The app may use the following device capabilities:
- Internet and network status: used for loading ads and communicating with Google Play for purchases or purchase restoration. Core gameplay remains offline.
- Vibration: used for optional haptic feedback, timers, and reveal effects.
- Google Play Billing: used when you choose to buy or restore the optional Pro or remove-ads purchase.
- Text-to-speech: used to announce scripted reveal lines and player names through the text-to-speech service selected on your device.
The app does not request access to your microphone, camera, contacts, precise location, phone calls, SMS messages, or photos for normal gameplay.
4. Text-to-speech and spoken player names
Cinematic announcements use Android's text-to-speech system. The app may pass a player name and scripted game phrases to the text-to-speech service configured on your device. Some voices work entirely offline, while other voices may be processed by the selected text-to-speech provider over the internet. Any processing by that provider is governed by the provider's own privacy policy and settings.
You can avoid speaking a real person's name by using a nickname, and you may disable game sound in the app settings.
5. Advertising
The free version of Imposter Party may display advertisements using Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share information such as your IP address, interactions with ads or the app, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.

6. In-app purchases
Imposter Party may offer a one-time Pro or remove-ads purchase. The transaction is processed by Google Play. FloreMystique Studios Ltd does not receive or store your full card number, bank-account details, or Google account password. The app may receive purchase status and entitlement information needed to unlock or restore the purchase.
7. How information is shared
We do not sell your player names, custom words, gameplay history, votes, or statistics. Information may be processed by third parties only where necessary for the services you use:
- Google AdMob, for advertising and related measurement, security, and fraud prevention
- Google Play, for purchases, payment processing, and purchase restoration
- Your selected Android text-to-speech provider, when spoken announcements are generated
These third parties process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Data retention and deletion
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete it using available in-app controls, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling normally removes local app data, although device backup or restore settings may affect what is restored later.
Because local gameplay data is not stored on our server, requests to FloreMystique Studios Ltd cannot erase data that exists only on your device. Information processed by Google or another text-to-speech provider must be managed through that provider's privacy controls.
9. Security
We design the game so that core gameplay data stays on your device and private reveal screens can use Android screen-protection features. However, no storage system or device is completely secure. Protect your phone with a passcode and avoid entering sensitive information into player names or custom words.
10. Children's privacy
Imposter Party is a general-audience party game and is not specifically directed to children under 13. Children should use the app only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. Do not enter a child's full name or other sensitive personal information into player profiles or custom word packs.

11. International processing
Third-party providers such as Google or your selected text-to-speech provider may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and applicable safeguards.
12. Your choices
- Use nicknames instead of real names.
- Delete players, custom word packs, and game history from within the app.
- Clear all app storage using Android settings.
- Disable sound, vibration, or other optional effects in the app settings.
- Manage advertising preferences through Google and your Android device settings.
- Purchase or restore the optional remove-ads upgrade through Google Play.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its third-party services, legal requirements, or platform rules change. The latest version will be published with a revised effective date.
