ClearRec Privacy Policy

ClearRec is a voice recorder app developed by FloreMystique Studios Ltd. This policy explains how ClearRec handles your information.

1. Information we collect

ClearRec does not require an account and does not collect personal profile information. The app may create or store the following information locally on your device:

• Audio recordings you create
• Recording names, categories, favourites and recycle bin items
• Mini Studio edits and saved studio work
• Reminder dates, categories and optional reminder notes
• App preferences such as theme and remove-ads status

2. Local storage

Your recordings and app data are stored on your device. ClearRec does not upload your recordings to our own server. If you delete recordings inside the app, uninstall the app, or clear app data, those local files and settings may be removed from your device.

3. Permissions

ClearRec may request permissions only when needed for app features:

• Microphone: to record audio.
• Notifications and alarms/reminders: to send local recording reminders.
• Files or media access: only when you choose files, share recordings, or add optional album art.

4. Advertising

ClearRec may show ads using Google AdMob. AdMob and related Google services may use device identifiers, including the advertising ID, to provide, limit, measure and improve ads. You can manage ad preferences through your Google or device settings.

5. Purchases

ClearRec may offer a one-time remove-ads purchase. Payments are handled by Google Play. ClearRec does not collect or store your card number, bank details or payment credentials.

6. Sharing

ClearRec allows you to share recordings using your device sharing options. When you choose to share a recording, the selected app or service you share with will handle that file under its own privacy policy.

7. Data selling

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell your recordings.

8. Children

ClearRec is a general utility app and is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy when the app changes or when required by law or platform rules. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
